At 9.2% he is a Double IPA of extremes. Huge amounts of Citra, Columbus and Amarillo are added on mass at the end of the boil, so to extract huge amounts of flavour and aroma from some of America’s finest hop specimens. Skull King goes through multiple dry hop procedures adding layers of resin and tropical aromas to the stealth of this beast. The malt is kept simple this is all about creating the definitive dry, crisp body, a platform to let the oils and flavour’s of the hops take to the stage.
