Maestro 2021 is a collaboration with La Luna Mezcal, S.A.C.R.E.D. Agave, and Agave Road Trip. It undergoes secondary fermentation directly on roasted cupreata agave heats directly from La Luna Mezcal in Michoacán, MX. It was brewed exclusively with aged whole leaf hops to allow the native micro flora on the agave to ferment the beer.
