Descripción
The name of this beer relates to the Order of the Norbertines, who founded the abbey of Middelburg in 1127. The Canons of this order wore white robes and hence were called 'witheren' (white men).
The traditional malts combined with the wheat malts make for a beer that's soft and easily drinkable..
