Description
Despite its rich and malty character, the Maibock retains the crisp clean qualities of a lager beer. It has a subtle honey and pine nose, spicy/sweet palate, and dry finish.
Since Arbor Brewing Company founder Matt Greff did his foreign study in Germany, we celebrate each season with the release of a new German beer. Maibock and Hefeweizen herald Spring, Pilsner comes out in the summer, Oktoberfest marks the fall fest season, and the Dopplebock arrives every year in time for the Thanksgiving break. And yes, we realize that Uskratch is not a German word. Uskratch Maibock—get it?
