Brewed as a collaboration with our graphic designer (award winning homebrewer Josh Smith). This recipe was winner of London & South East best in show. A beautifully simple malt bill provided a wort that was soured overnight, boiled and salted before being sent to the fermenter to condition on a load of pineapple puree.
