Torchon Lace is common to Belgium and because of its strength and lack of pretension, it is one of the first style lace makers learn. In the world of beer, lace describes the delicate patter of foam that sticks to the side of a glass. Light amber in color, medium-light bodied ale. Moderate fruity and light spicy aroma derived from our Trappist yeast. Balanced fruity and bisquity malt taste with a subtle hop bitterness. Session ale that is an excellent introduction to Belgian style beers
