Saison brewed with tamarind, peppercorn and hibiscus then sour-aged for a year and a half in an oak barrel with more hibiscus.
Tamicon 5 is a special sour collaboration beer brewed with our good friend Ron Jeffries from Jolly Pumpkin made with raspberries and tamarind.
