Sunday is a BEAST of a beer. We like to think of it as Big Hoppa’s cousin that he only sees once a year. It’s of course big and boozy as you’d assume. The hops in this beer are something of an ode to old school west coast ipas. It is PACKED with Cascade, Centennial, and Hallertau Blanc hops. The result is purely DANK. Try it side by side with the little brother, our year round brew – Friday IPA.
