Description
This is a big beer!...with 122 IBU's and weighing in at 9.4%.
Falconer's Flight, Falconer's 7C's, Zythos are added to the boil for bitterness and aroma.
It is then finished off with Sorachi Ace, a lemon profile hop from Japan, that brings it all together.
The malty base blends nicely with the hop profile, making this a brew you will want to try!
