Description
Zipline Brewing Co.’s Single Blonde highlights a single hop variety used throughout the brewing process. Centennial hops, traditionally featured in IPAs, are used in the kettle, whirlpool, and the conditioning tank to create an intriguing hop character not typically found in blonde ales. This golden session ale is fermented just above lager temps to create a smooth, easy drinking beer to finish out the summer.
