Flaked oats to give some roundness and then melanoidin and cara pils for a bit of nutty sweetness. Aged on white wine barrels with lactic acid bacteria and dry hopped with simple mosaic and simple simcoe. This beer doesn’t need much more explanation. This is the simple life.”
