Just like our rough-cut, brewhouse rafters, our IPA is crafted by hand and never filtered, pasteurized or refined. Rahr two-row and Crisp Pale malts back up the massive three pounds per barrel of Cascade and Zythos hops, creating a huge aroma of candied fruit, sticky resin, and fresh grapefruit zest. So, if hops are your thing, raise a glass of Rough Cut IPA, and toast to 22 ounces of liquid Americana.
