Bourbon Street® Rock & Rye pale ale is inspired by a Rock and Rye cocktail. This pale ale is brewed with malted barley and rye, then aged for eight weeks in small batch bourbon barrels to absorb the flavors. Fresh orange and lemon peels, maraschino cherries and spices like cinnamon, clove and anise are added next to give the brew its distinctive aromas and
flavors. The result is smooth barrel-aged beer that sips like a Rock and Rye.
