We wanted make a well balanced dark beer that doesn’t taste like a dark beer.
So we've combined 8 different malts from Australia and Germany , a very hungry ale yeast from the old country as well as fresh noble and new world hops from both sides of the Atlantic.
Dark but not roasty,bitter but smooth! The initial upfront citrus and earthy aromas combine with a complex malty goodness to deliver a bracing upfront bitterness that lingers long enough to lure you and leaves your palate wanting more. A hoppy brown ale at 5.0% abv tha’ll leave you warm and cosy, but could also catch you unaware.
