The dry, cracker-like malt body is super-saturated with hop flavor & aroma, allowing you to revel in the diggity dankness of these absurdly expensive hops without any sweetness to harsh your mellow.
Protocosmos is named after an insane underground world described by Casanova (yup, that one) featuring multi-colored humanoids, strangely small flying horses, and fruit-eating serpents.
