Description
The first beer in our range of Seasonal Saisons. This spring Saison is brewed with locally foraged stinging nettle tips – picked with help from local hedgerow aficionado, the Urbane Forager – and UK Cascade hops. Crisp, herbaceous and earthy. Kegs are released fresh and clean but the bottles – released 3 months after the keg – are packaged with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis, adding complexity and a spritzy carbonation.
