This winter seasonal rises out of the great ales of the UK. Brewed with a distinctively American attitude, Phoenixx features traditional English Crystal malt which gives it subtle notes of toffee and caramel. Yet with this ale, it’s all about the hops. Made from a blend of English hops, highlighted by the Phoenix hop variety from Kent, this special brew’s signature is its complex and strong hop character.
