We didn’t know what would happen when Baltimore’s Heavy Seas Beer and Philly’s Yards Brewing Company were asked to create this year’s SAVOR collaboration beer together. Well, the proof is in the pale ale. Aged on white oak, Philtimore is both crisp and fruity; English-inspired and American hopped. A true collaboration. Next on our list? Crab cake cheesesteaks.
