Palate Mallet is our American Double IPA. Forged with a solid, yet dry malt foundation, and smacked with four types of brash American hops, Palate Mallet will whack your taste buds with loads of wholesome hop goodness.
Palate Mallet is brewed periodically throughout the year. It is available on draft at select restaurants, in 4 packs of 12 ounce cans at package stores, and in growlers at the brewery.
