Description
Molé is a traditional sauce originally used in Mexican cuisine. We have taken inspiration from this chocolate and smoky chilli sauce, pairing it with a citrus tartness from the kettle sour. Chocolate on the nose and palate blend beautifully with the chipotle flavours, with a light lime finish and a warm glow from chilli heat. Olé Molé thats good!
