Descripción
Ol’ Brutus Brut IPA is our version of your brunch time favorite ‘The Mimosa”. Brewed with Pale and Wheat malts and a touch of Oats and Flaked Rice. We fermented this gem as far as it would go so it will present bubbly and dry with a beautiful orange aroma. Galaxy was used in the whirlpool and dry hopped with Azaaca and Hallertauer Blanc.
