Beschrijving
We start with an IPA, then we use skill and magic to ferment it really dry, then we dry hop the hell out of it with highly-sought-after Mosaic hops, then we add a whole lot of hand squeezed and zested Valencia oranges. Get it? Champagne + Oranges = Mimosa + Mosaic = Mimosaic? And did we mention it’s made with a lager yeast? So technically there shouldn’t be an A on the IPA, but since we’re all friends here…
