The Midwest Midnight is smooth. It is sweet, but not cloying. Berry and Nectar poke through from some insanely awesome hops. The Cacoa Nibs from Ghana give a chocolaty finish that fights with a roasty and slightly astringent dryness for the final flavors. The off white head is picture perfect. It is everything that a Milk Chocolate Stout should resemble. It is getting late, and you are in the Midwest.
