Description
Les Fleurs Du Mal is a hot-fermented sour hefeweizen aged for 4 months on lemongrass and bottle-condiditoned with TX wildflower honey. Very sour, tart acidity and vinegar with a smooth drinkability. Very complex and will continue to develop in the bottle.
