All the attributes of an American India Pale Ale but it’s black. Do your eyes deceive you? Have you fallen down the rabbit hole? Take in the fresh pine hop aroma then savour the complex malt palate typical of an IPA but then come the subtle hints of dark chocolate and liquorice to give the game away.
