A Belgian-style Tripel, soured with lactobacillus delbrueckii and fermented on sour cherries. Incredibly crisp and drinkable with a restrained yeast profile, subtle floral and fruity, tart cherry aromas, a beautiful rose hue, and a dry finish. 9.3% ABV
