Are you into experiencing a new take on an IPA? Then this strong, hopped up oat ale should be on your list. This ale deceivingly starts out with a malty sweetness, and a silky mouth feel that goes till the end, but be prepared for the hop flavors to overwhelm your palate…and make you howl.
Henry and I wanted to balance out the hop bill with addition of extra malts and oats, instead of having a palette wrecking IPA. We designed the malt bill to deliver an unexpected malt forward sweetness and the oats to help smooth out the finish. Please be responsible when consuming!
