Hop Box is our tribute to Hops! Bury your nose in a glass and inhale. Pungent aromas immediately assault your senses. Do you smell pine, orange, or maybe grapefruit? Surely you will pick out other tantalizing scents that arise from the bucketfuls of hops we dump into the kettle and again into the fermentation tanks, as we attempt to pack as much hop flavor and aroma into your glass as possible. Drink in the rich resinous flavors that elevate and reinforce the heady aromatics. Enjoy the crisp, dry finish and lingering bitterness that begs you to take another sip. Enjoy it, we do!
