Magnum hops grown in the Hallertau region deliver the smooth bitterness that is characteristic of a German Pilsner, while Saphir hops, from Germany round out the finish in the dry hops to bring a spicy herbal, and lemongrass note. This refreshing, light bodied lager beer is a cross between two styles, a Munich Helles and a German Pils. At 4.2% ABV, and 40 IBU, this session pilsner is bold and adventurous like the Heliopolis, and we bet it will have you coming back for pint after pint. Prost!
