By adding fresh ginger to each batch we brew, our Ginger Wheat brings a new dimension to the American filtered wheat style. It has a beautiful yellow appearance with a distinctive, slightly spicy aroma of citrus and ginger. While still delicate and smooth on the palate, our Ginger Wheat has unique floral and citrus notes on the finish, which creates a beguiling flavor.
