Descrizione
Frank-in-Weizen is a kettle soured Berliner Weisse style ale. With invaluable help from the winemakers at Wagner Vineyards, we used the skins and juice of 2018 Rosé of Cabernet Franc grapes harvested right outside of our brew deck. The snappy tannic flavor from the skins and the fruit aroma from the juice meld perfectly with the sour malt character.
