Our Effinghammer Weisse is a tart, effervescent wheat ale inspired by the summer beers of Berlin.
Traditionally, this beer is served with a drop of Himbeersirup (Raspberry Syrup) to bring out the complex flavors of a uniquely refreshing beverage.
