The flavor matches the smell, with more caramel, oak, and a touch of an alcohol bite, making this beer taste a bit like an alcoholic graham cracker. Moderate hop bitterness stops this full bodied beer from being overly sweet, and makes it surprisingly easy to drink considering its higher alcohol content.
