Description
Denouement is an American sour ale for the purist in all of us. Aged in neutral wine barrels, this golden sour has no added fruits, spices, or herbs which allows us to showcase the nuance and subtlety of our wild yeast strains. Once this beer reaches its peak complexity, we blend those barrels to attain the perfect resonance of house cultures in Denouement.
