Made using the once commonplace Old Word technique of bière de coupage, freshly hopped young beer is blended with old, sour beer aged in oak barrels. Das Wunderkind is dry, highly attenuated, unspiced, tart, floral, and funky. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and 100% naturally conditioned.
