Description
Custom Crush is a grape infused sour ale, aged in American oak barrels. We started off with a pale blonde beer and aged it with freshly squeezed Pinot Grigio grape juice from a local vineyard in Hollister, CA.
Slightly tart with a lingering white wine aftertaste.
