Our Country Pilsner takes its inspiration from the original and most desired Czech style Pilsners. It pours to a bright and clear golden tone, with a frothy head and a distinctive and desirable aroma. Brewed in true Czech tradition with a single two row Canadian malt and hopped with Mt.Hood hops (from the Saaz family) for bitterness (21 B.U.), flavour and aromatics. This richly flavoured Pilsner possesses an aromatic blend of earth and spice. It starts crisp and smooth, enticing you with its subtle malts, its crispness and its distinctive fruity floral bitterness. A champion craft beer among Pilsner connoisseurs.
