Description
This traditional English-style nut brown is a subtle symphony of toffee, toast, and nuts. It begins with malty sweetness in the nose, and follows with toasty nuttiness on the palate. Finishes dry with traditional English hops in the background. Well balanced and smooth.
“The Cotswolds is a scenic region in south central England, featuring rolling hills, and pastoral farmlands. The area bears a lot of resemblance to the Northern Michigan farms I grew up around. As a fan of English beer styles, and the often overlooked brown ale, I chose to brew something in homage to both the birthplace of some of my favorite beer styles, and where I grew up.” Chris Davies – Head Brewer at Arbor Brewing Company Brewpub
