We brew our Classic according to strict organic guidelines processors which "bring into the field," the Reinheitsgebot (ie the production of malting barley and hops are regulated by organic). Even in the brewery beyond the Reinheitsgebot demands on the quality of raw materials, the craft brewing process and the naturalness of the beer are provided.
