This IPA is our choice here at Butchers Brewing. It is balanced with crisp pale malts and huge late additions of Amarillo hops. This beer’s hop profile is offset with sweet hints of caramel and biscuit flavors. The culinary craftsmanship that is the backbone of Butcher’s Brewing is embodied in this delicious IPA. This beer is bottle conditioned to be a natural live brew. This bottle has live yeast performing a slow secondary fermentation in it right now. Hold it up to the light, that sediment you see is proof. Swirl the bottle and drink it hazy or decant off the lees.
