Catahoula Common is a refreshing American Lager named after the state dog of Louisiana. Catahoula’s light body and crisp finish makes for an enjoyable brew in our humid climate and is especially thirst quenching during the dog days of summer. Catahoula Common uses 2-Row, Crystal 15, Carapils malted barley with a touch of Cascade and is fermented with a California Common yeast.
