Beschrijving
Jet black in color, an alcohol content of 7.3%, an IBU just over 100, and a well balanced hop profile... we give you the winner of 2012s Brooklyn Wort Homebrew Competition: Black DYNOmite. Unlike its younger cousin the Pale Ale, this IPA (short for India Pale Ale) packs a punch. Don't let the stoutish appearance fool you: this is a true IPA. Have a couple... you'll see why we call it DYNOmite
