Pouring clear and bright gold in color, BigMountain Pale has three domestic malt varietiesproviding firm footing for the distinct flavor andaroma of dry-hopped Simcoe® and Mosaic.® Notesof Asian pear, pine, and lemon in the aroma areanswered by the toasted nut, biscuit and toffeemalt. The crisp flavor is distinct from the aroma,with pleasantly strong herbal notes and hints ofcomplex tropical fruit.
