Description
Big Easy is a Session IPA that is brewed with Pale Ale malt with lemon peels added in the brew kettle. It is hopped and dry hopped with a combination of Cascade, Amarillo, Centennial, and Simcoe hops. This gives the beer a strong hoppy flavor and aroma of citrus, fruit, and pine.
