Description
Grisette-Style Beer Aged in Oak Barrels with Mosaic Small Acts is our interpretation of a classic low-ABV mixed fermentation beer. This version is dry hopped with a substantial load of Mosaic to create a truly unique expression of hop aroma and brett character. With bright tropical and citrus like characteristics and a mild brett funk, this beer is a delightful little treat.
