Barn Owl is a series of one-off creations that are released sporadically throughout the year, just as soon as we deem them ripe for picking. No. 38 is a blend of barrel aged wild ales, dry-hopped and conditioned on hand-processed apricots and purple plums from Warner's Farms.The base beer is a younger, barrel aged saison, and paired with a gentle fruit ratio, it's funky, dry, and has old-school rustic saison charm.
