Description
The soft waters of Pilsen, Czech Republic birthed this classic style centuries ago and the Artesian wells of Memphis are perfect to create our own version today. This beer is made with German pilsner malt and is spiked with 30 lbs of local wildflower honey. There are delicate aromas of sugar, clover, and herbal hoppiness wafting forth from this crisp smooth lager.
