Description
“Ballesta”, Spanish for “Crossbow” and the symbol of our Castle. This is our ever changing, super fresh, super fun and never filtered rotating hop IPA! With a soft and creamy body built from locally grown Admiral malted oats and heavy late & dry hopping with Jarrylo, El Dorado and Summit hops, this beauty pushes bright fruit aromas of Meyer lemon, tangerine & pear.
