If you’re expecting your traditional blonde ale, you won’t find it here. Our Not So Blonde Ale is brewed with Pilsner, Vienna and Biscuit malt and hopped with Citra. We added 3lbs of dried Hibiscus Flowers to the boil which gives this beer a beautiful rosy color. And then we added 35lbs of Strawberries for even more flavor. This is a crisp, mouthwatering departure from your traditional blonde ale.
