Map of the Sun is our golden sour beer aged in oak barrels with apricots. This sour beer is fermented with Brettanomyces yeast and Lactobacillus bacteria. With 42 lbs. of apricots added to each oak barrel, this sour beer is overflowing with notes of juicy apricots and apricot jam. Tart and complex, this beer has a bright acidity that enhances its fruity aromatics.
